Cancellation and Refund:

If a customer wishes to cancel a booked guided tour, it is necessary to notify this at least 24 hours before the tour start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from receiving the cancellation notice, unless otherwise specified. The refunded amount will be equal to the tour cost minus any processing fees applied initially.

Payment Processing Fees:

In case of refunds, the initial payment processing fees are non-refundable. These fees may be deducted from the total refunded amount and will be specified in the transaction details.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used initially for the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
