Let’s discover part of Timișoara’s history together in a special way – through a treasure hunt. We’ll run, take photos and learn new things about Timișoara!
The treasures we hunt are the city’s architectural gems! Small details from other times that tell their own stories and give Timișoara its special charm: decorations, statues, doors, portals, and even entire buildings.
With the help of a map, we walk through the old citadel or the historic districts of Iosefin, Elisabetin and FABRIC, looking for the answers to the questions on the back of the map. We’ll split into groups of 2–4 people (depending on the total number of participants).
What do we do when we find them? We take photos! All you need is a phone or a camera to photograph them, and that’s it!
How long does it take? We have an hour and a half to find all the elements of the game in order to win.
Who can take part? Anyone over the age of 10 – younger players simply need to team up with at least one adult!
Treasure hunts help us discover more about the city in an interactive and fun way and get to know its impressive heritage. And why not, share what we learned about Timișoara with friends and colleagues afterwards.
