Day trips from Timișoara
Our day trips take you beyond Banat in eight to twelve hours, with transport and a local guide, starting from 65 EUR per person.
Transylvania
Visit Corvin Castle in Hunedoara, the old town of Sibiu and the Turda Salt Mine, or discover the Roman ruins, old churches and Gothic towns of southwestern Transylvania.
Nature and the countryside
Hike the Nera and Caraș gorges, see the Vânturătoarea waterfall and the Danube Gorge, explore the Comarnic Cave, or walk through the remote villages of Banat. Closer to home, visit the vineyards, castle ruins and Maria Radna pilgrimage site of the Arad region.
